This edition includes the consolidated text of the restructured European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, and the recent Protocol No. 12 on the Prohibition of Discrimination, together with the Articles on State Responsibility, adopted by the International Law Commission on second reading in 2001.
