Charming!
Elsie Cole is not cool - which Kitty and her posse are always quick to remind her, and her crush, Guy, doesn't know she exists. Then Charmaine comes to town and together the two join a hip-hop class where they are renamed LC Cool and Charmy. When the dance group enters a talent contest, Elsie must win the competition against the nasty Kitty and try to charm her prince into noticing her - but will she be able to do it without making a fool of herself?
