Eating Clean
Abstract: This publication contains a collection of writings on the use of chemicals in food production and the hazards this may present to those who eat such food. Topics include: major problem areas of food safety; government actions to promote food safe ty; the growth of the organic farm and food movement; consumer and citizen action for food safety; and a brief review of the global aspects of food production and safety. Includes a resources list for further study.
