Since my mom's death more than fifteen years ago, I've been the matriarch of the family. I've put my own dreams on hold to raise my two younger sisters and to keep our ex-marine father in line.
It's no picnic.
So when my sister Nell decides to get married, it's on me to make it a wedding our mother would have been proud of. It can't be hard to organize a party, right?
