In this legal thriller written for readers of all ages, college student Sam Shelton is given an old motorcycle by his elderly neighbor, Secunda Dumay, when she died unexpectedly. Attached to the unusual gift was a cryptic note asking him to ride it to Santa Fe in order to correct a grave miscarriage of justice involving the murder of a popular professor years before. Using the clues embedded in the motorcycle, Sam strives to find out what really happened, before the killer strikes again.
