When his friend, Dee Lane, vanishes with a fortune belonging to Atlanta drug king Raoul Menes, Top Kiernan finds himself the target of the angry drug lord, as well as of ambitious DEA agents, a retired IRA assassin and his lethal daughter, and other assorted characters.
